**HR Manager**
The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting Central Functions by driving strategic HR initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and providing HR support. This role requires a proactive, collaborative, and highly organized professional who can navigate complex organizational dynamics and deliver impactful HR solutions.
**What you’ll do**:
**Strategic Support & Partnership**
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the HR Director, supporting workforce planning, annual processes, including but not limited to Talent Review, Talent Development & Succession, annual Merit process, Leadership training and organizational effectiveness.
- Support the execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals across central functions.
- Support for and knowledge sharing for leaders on US and Mexico laws, rules and processes.
- Work hours, location expectations, organizational structures, etc.
**Organizational development**
- Lead and coordinate HR projects, including organizational development through change management, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives.
**Data & Analytics**
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Track Central Function turnover trends and provide retention solutions (focus on RDE), Focus on Pulse Survey results.
**Central Functions Support** - **Manage**Central Functions and Employee relations**
- Manager level Terminations/RIFs processes.
- Manager level PIPs and/or Performance Issues.
- Management of Mexico terms/severance and follow up on legal issues.
- Close management of global employees sitting at Americas - contract hires/audits.
- Finance Team - SSC and organizational overall health.
- Partner with leaders in SCM organization, IT organization for divisional and global, Health and Safety organization and global reporting employees located in Americas.
- Support other corporate functions to address HR needs and drive talent strategies.
**What is required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering.
- 5+ years in Human Resources management.
- Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Experience with Unions.
- Experience supporting corporate or central functions in a integral organization.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
