We are looking for a **highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent** to join our growing team. This role is responsible for **identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential clients**, with the goal of securing long-term contracts and business projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
- **Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).**
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Preferred: experience in **account management or customer success**.
Pay: $16,500.00 - $17,000.00 per month
