We are looking to hire a Night Receptionist to join our team at Villa Santa Cruz! Please consider the following requirements: Must speak English/Spanish, be computer proficient, friendly and personable, able to work weekends, versátil schedule, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and coordination with different areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review guest folios to make sure all charges match and are entered correctly.
- Handle late check ins.
- Understand which guests are not "home" by 10pm and be aware to watch for them / help them if needed.
- Be aware of guests needs after 10pm.
- Be present at weddings and groups after 10pm.
- Assist with guests who leave in the early morning.
- Greet guests who arrive or depart outside of normal business hours.
- Processing credit card payments, and other end-of-day tasks.
Pay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
