Monitor Engineer (Dynatrace) – Tata Consultancy Services
Location: Querétaro, Guadalajara, Monterrey – office at least 3 days/week.
Job summary Min. 2 years of experience with Dynatrace and Nagios.
Monitoring engineer for QA environments using Dynatrace, Nagios.
Report and follow up issues until resolved with responsible areas (infrastructure, security etc.).
Support configuring alerts (if required).
Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures).
Support monitoring during performance test to identify potential issues.
Participate in meetings with diverse groups – Development, Infrastructure, Security, other vendors.
