The Role
As a Junior Schedules Specialist you will support the Schedules Operations team in maintaining accurate, timely, and high-quality schedule data. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with structured data, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Schedules Specialists, Ingest Specialists, Tech Editors, Delivery team) to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Process and update daily schedule metadata with high accuracy

Coordinate with ingest and editorial teams to ensure smooth handovers

Identify and debug discrepancies or missing data





Support ingest team workflows during high-volume periods

Contribute to ongoing improvements in scheduling processes and tools

You'll thrive in this role if you show:

A University degree in a relevant area, e.g. Business, Media, or Data

Experience in metadata, content operations, data management, or editorial production in a B2B tech or media environment

Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to data

High level of ownership and accountability in a remote‑first, fast‑paced, international environment

Great collaborative skills that make others love working with you

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no day is the same

Exceptional written and spoken English

A passion for media, entertainment, and driving excellent user experiences
