We are looking for a **Lead Data Scientist** to spearhead the development of machine learning solutions that optimize user experiences and drive player engagement.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and execute A/B tests to assess system performance and engagement metrics
- Analyze player data using segmentation techniques based on demographics, behaviors, and content interactions
- Develop machine learning models to improve content recommendation systems
- Optimize workflows to ensure efficiency and reproducibility in data science projects
- Leverage Databricks on AWS for large-scale data management and processing
- Collaborate with product teams to align goals and deliver actionable insights
- Integrate player behavioral analytics to enhance engagement and predict user patterns
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a closely related field
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies, PySpark, and reproducible data science practices
- Expertise with Databricks, AWS, and large-scale data processing technologies
- Strong foundation in customer or segmentation analytics and predictive modeling
- Knowledge of behavioral analytics, especially in gaming or similar industries
- Strong written and verbal English (B2+)
