We are seeking a **Senior Data Scientist** to lead the design and implementation of machine learning solutions aimed at increasing player engagement.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze player behavior, develop user segmentation strategies, and optimize content recommendation systems.
**Responsibilities**
- Design, execute, and measure A/B tests to evaluate system performance and player engagement
- Utilize segmentation techniques to analyze players based on demographics, playing behavior, and content interaction roles
- Develop machine learning models to enhance content recommendations to users
- Optimize workflows and ensure reproducibility across data science projects
- Leverage Databricks on AWS to manage and process large-scale data efficiently
- Collaborate with product teams to refine goals and deliver actionable insights
- Integrate behavioral analytics to understand and predict player engagement patterns
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies, PySpark, and data science reproducibility practices
- Hands-on expertise with Databricks, AWS, and large-scale data processing
- Solid knowledge of behavioral or player analytics in gaming or similar industries
- Strong foundation in customer/segment-based analytics and predictive modeling
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
