We are hiring an **Learning and Development** Intern**who will be helping the team with project management activities
**What you will be doing**:
- Support the LMS migration to a new platform.
- Will support the project lead as the project manager creating the project plan, critical tasks, milestones, and assignments, managing on time completion on tasks.
- Support administrative tasks on downloading content from old LMS and uploading content to new LMS.
- Help create training material for user guides on how to navigate new LMS.
- Support with assigned tasks in the project plan as needed.
**Who you are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, International Relations or related
- Advanced written and oral English (98% or above)
- Full time availability (7am
- 4pm)
- To graduate at least on December 2026 or later.
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Project Management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration
- LMS experience preferred
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
