We’re seeking a Senior AI Engineer (L4) with strong Python skills and hands-on experience using advanced ML tools in Google Cloud , especially Vertex AI and Vector Search techniques . The idóneo candidate combines deep technical expertise with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills—capable of translating complex ML solutions into clear messages for both technical and executive stakeholders.
Must-Have Requirements:
7+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying ML models.
Proficient in Python for ML (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI (AutoML, pipelines, endpoints, etc.).
Practical knowledge of Vector Search and Vector Embeddings (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus).
Understanding of the full ML lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
College Degree
Nice to Have:




Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI applications.
High proactiveness in identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
Strong technical communication skills for collaborating with engineers and data teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders .
Location: Mexico & Colombia (Colombian candidates must follow Mexico’s working hours and calendar)
