**Kingfa Sci. & Tech. Mexico** is seeking for a **SHMA Engineer** located in SLP,
**Job Purpose**:Ensure compliance with legal and corporate regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental matters, while promoting a culture of risk prevention and sustainability within the organization.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs within the automotive sector.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, national, and international regulations.
- Conduct internal and external audits related to HSE.
- Coordinate health and safety training for all employees.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and propose corrective measures.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives in sustainability and environmental protection.
- Ability to manage budgets, cost control, project management (PMP), and data analysis.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Environmental, Safety Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive/manufacturing sector.
- More than 3 years of experience managing safety, health and environmental teams
- Solid knowledge and experience of STPS, SEMARNAT regulations, and ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- English and Spanish (written and verbal) are required




Other requirements:
- Hold the professional certifications or licenses required by Mexican law.
**Skills**
- Excellent skills in risk identification and assessment, and the formulation of improvement measures.
- Outstanding team management skills, as well as government relations, public relations, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Strong planning and operational skills for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
- Basic ability to interpret industrial engineering CAD drawings.
