Job purpose
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Accounts Receivable. This role is responsible for Maintain, monitor, and verify billing records and customer accounts receivable balances for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual billing reports.
- Prepare accounts receivable in favor of the company.
- Issue and code invoices for Mexico.
- Provide customer service, including issuing debit and credit notes.
- Carry out administrative procedures within the company’s accounting department.
- Prepare records, controls, reconciliations, and account clean-ups related to customer receivables.
- Schedule and prepare collections according to the terms agreed upon in purchase orders.




- Ensure compliance with the company’s accounts receivable policies and procedures.
- Comply with the Responsibility and Authority Matrix of the Environmental Management System, Format: .
- Actively and enthusiastically participate in DE&I; and plant engagement activities
What we’re looking for
- Schooling: Degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related.
- Experience Time in similar position: 1 year or more in a similar position.
- Technical knowledge required: Accounts receivable systems.
- Other requirements: Microsoft Office, SAP
