We are looking for a motivated, detail-focused, and collaborative **Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce)** to become a key part of our team.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business leaders, end-users, and technical teams to collect and document detailed business requirements
- Translate business objectives into actionable functional and technical specifications, including workflows and process diagrams
- Analyze and assess current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend Salesforce-based improvements
- Create comprehensive documentation of end-to-end business workflows and processes within the Salesforce platform
- Support the development and execution of test plans to validate system functionality and ensure reliability
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business needs while maintaining data accuracy and integrity
- Act as a communication link between business stakeholders and technical teams to align expectations and priorities
- Organize workshops to gather feedback from stakeholders and optimize Salesforce solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations to demonstrate Salesforce capabilities and proposed solutions to stakeholders
- Provide training sessions to equip end-users and stakeholders with the knowledge to maximize Salesforce functionalities
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Familiarity with the features and functions of Salesforce Service Cloud
- Understanding of Salesforce Consulting methodologies and best practices
- High level of English proficiency (written and spoken) at B2+ level or above

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Configuration practices
