We are looking for a **Senior Automated Tester specializing in JavaScript**to join our team.
In this role, you will contribute to the modernization of the eProcurement shopping platform, which facilitates contract-based purchasing without traditional credit card workflows. The platform focuses on Marketplace-to-Marketplace integrations, enhancing both front-end and back-end APIs while transitioning from the legacy Hybris framework to modern microservices and cloud-native solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead quality assurance efforts by creating and executing test plans for backend APIs and data migration processes
- Identify, document, and monitor defects to ensure they are resolved efficiently, maintaining high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business analysts to align on requirements and priorities
- Support continuous integration and delivery workflows through a combination of automated and manual testing strategies
- Conduct early and ongoing testing to minimize risks and enhance system stability throughout the modernization process
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in testing modern front-end ecosystems, particularly those built with React and Node.js
- Strong expertise with JavaScript testing frameworks such as WebdriverIO
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS
- Solid collaboration and communication skills to effectively work across diverse teams
- Competency in using version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Basic understanding of backend testing methodologies and API-focused testing techniques
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
**Nice to have**




- Experience with performance testing tools like Gatling
- Interest or experience in modernizing legacy systems or building testing frameworks from the ground up
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, especially on AWS
