At Gerresheimer, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with solid experience in the pharmaceutical sector, who will contribute to strengthening commercial relationships and developing new business opportunities.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in managing APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients).
- Knowledge in Regulatory affairs and pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Customer service and client relationship management.
- Market strategy analysis and business prospecting.
- Experience in performing financial and feasibility studies for projects.
- Knowledge of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) and international regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
