POSITION OBJECTIVE
Perform activities related to the acquisition or purchase of materials and equipment for BRP Qro, organizing, controlling, analyzing and evaluating processes in the area; in order to get the goods in the best conditions of price, quality and timeliness.
Lead efforts for a continuing improvement with their direct reports and cross functions associated, looking forward to potential business cost saving related to goods management.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:
Teamwork with Tool Crib Supervisor.
Supervise and support to place purchase orders on time.
Ensure that the registration of new suppliers is finalized.
Ensure for providing evidence of purchase orders for audits.
Ensure the acquisition of materials at the best cost and delivery time.
Plan and participate in the bidding process for the purchase of indirect materials and services.
Responsible to evaluate and manage the commercial conditions and service provided by suppliers.
Analyze and evaluate the quotes and estimates submitted by suppliers.
Provide support & training to internal BRP coworkers.
Ensures compliance with the characteristics agreed in the purchase contracts.
Evaluates quotes foreign exchange needed to purchase specialized equipment or exclusive distributors.
Ensures compliance with the rules, procedures of BRP corporate and locally compliance with corporate and local BRP regulations, procedures.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
Prepares necessary cost forecast & budget estimation.
Present monthly KPI for department performance.
Prepares periodic reports of the activities undertaken (BSC management)
Cost Saving Monthly analysis and follow up.
Perform any other related tasks assigned to it.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.




Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
**EDUCATION**:
**Bachelor degree in**: Business / Engineering / Administration / Accountant or similar
**SKILLS**:
Knowledge on commercial mechanical materials
Quote analysis
Negotiation
Knowledge on bidding processes
Microsoft Office (intermediate-advanced)
Advanced english
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
**6 Years in**: purchasing / administration / sales / supply chain
**LANGUAGE**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
French or german is an advantage.
