**Responsibilities**:
- Build and drive the development or refresh of key collateral, tools, and training materials to help influence the use of Micron products.
- Collect, analyze, and publish data to supervise success indicators and resolve directional changes in strategies.
- Assist in planning and participating with regional, corporate, and sales training events.
- Develop web tools or apps for the purpose of sales aids or efficiency of data look-ups.
- Help to manage our $1M Marketing budget
**Qualifications**:
- Proven interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and customers.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; presentation skills are a plus.
- An outgoing, adventurous, and upbeat personality.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
**Preferred but Not Required**:
- Data analytics capabilities and the ability to use data to tackle problems and inspire change.




- Technical background in engineering (potential undergrad).
- A readiness to undertake extended internships during the spring or fall seasons such as spring/summer.
**Education/Experience**:
- Currently pursuing a BS, BA, or MBA degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics/MIS, or Program Management. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience in Digital Marketing or Communications.
- Must be in their final semesters
