**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
This role oversees the control and analysis of the Capital Equipment budget and actuals for Mexicali. Key responsibilities include submitting approved CAPEX additions, tracking equipment arrivals, service dates, transfers, and forecasting depreciation. It also involves coordinating with Purchasing to ensure accurate depreciation, monitoring CAPEX payments, maintaining data in Hyperion, and managing forecasts, actuals, and open POs.
Close collaboration with Industrial Engineering and Purchasing is essential to prevent financial impacts.
**Required Experience and Skills**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountingExperience
**Experience**
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial planning.
- Proven experience in building financial models and budgets.
- Involvement in forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
- Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems (SAP).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
**Technical Skills**:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
- English fluency (spoken and written).
- Data visualization and report automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Hyperion (preferred).
- Power BI knowledge (preferred).
- Excel Macros (preferred).
