**Job Purpose**:
To diagnose, repair, and analyze electronic boards using schematic diagrams, specialized tools, and software while ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and repair PCBA and electronic mainboards, utilizing test logs, schematic diagrams, and technical expertise.
- Operate repair equipment, including VOM/RLC multimeters, analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, soldering irons, and hot-air soldering equipment.
- Perform soldering and rework operations as needed.
- Analyze, review, and report daily scrap status and lead scrap recovery initiatives.
- Make scrap judgements and participate in daily scrap meetings (10 a.m. and 2 p.m.).
- Prepare scrap reports for presentations and create A3 reports for thorough issue tracking and resolution.
- Update and maintain scrap reports for project monitoring.
- Work towards reducing scrap rates and improving financial outcomes.
- Share findings and improvement strategies with management and team members to enhance processes.
- Exhibit leadership and a proactive approach toward process improvement and achieving team goals.
- Provide technical support to team members, ensuring efficient operations and achieving key performance targets.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics,
or a related field.**:
- **At least 2+ years of experience in electronic failure analysis, testing processes, and mainboard repair.**:
- Proven experience in operating repair equipment such as VOM/RLC multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Strong background in SMT/PCBA manufacturing processes, test procedures, and board repair methodologies.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematic diagrams and test logs.
- Excellent soldering skills, including the use of soldering irons and hot-air soldering equipment.
- Competence in handling repair tools and equipment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with technical software and test programs.
- Proactive, with strong leadership and initiative-taking abilities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and achieving organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with external stakeholders.
