**Responsabilities**
- Coordinating communication between customers and the company
- Participating in training and development.
- Maintaining open files, closing orders, quotations, and correspondence.
- Constantly reviewing customer complaints and providing responses as soon as possible.
- Reviewing customer performance evaluations when provided by clients.
- When applicable, working on system or part improvement projects.
- At the client’s request, assisting with delayed orders or expediting deliveries.
- Acting as a liaison between the customer and engineering when starting or reviewing an order.
- Serving as a liaison between customers and quality personnel regarding quality issues.
- Entering and maintaining required customer quotations and open orders.
- Reconciling consigned order reports at the end of each month.
- Reviewing and updating monthly sales reports.




- Establishing close communication with customers by providing timely corrective actions.
- Working in compliance with Hygiene and Safety regulations and all company policies and procedures.
- Actively participating in maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Knowledge of MS Office and Teams software packages
- SAP system
