About the Role
Unity Communications is seeking a **Bilingual HR Generalist Jr.** to support our HR operations in Mexico. Excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior professional to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding.
- Prepare/process HR documentation (contracts, annexes, memos).
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Collaborate with Payroll and Operations to keep data current.
- Support HR logistics, internal communications, and engagement initiatives.
- Provide daily administrative support to the HR Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s in **Business Administration, Psychology,



Communications, Accounting, or related field**.
- **6 months of experience** (professional internships count).
- **English level: B2-C1 (conversational to advanced).**:
- **Only résumés in English will be accepted.**:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Work Model
