We’re looking for a **Machine Learning Engineer** to join an industry-leading company that builds management software for health and wellness professionals. Their platform helps practitioners run their businesses with ease through features like AutoPay, online booking, Telehealth, and customizable documentation — all in one secure, smart, and simple tool.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of developing AI-powered product features that help clinicians work more efficiently and deliver better care. You’ll design experiments, build and tune models, implement LLM evaluations, and take ideas from prototype to production in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams.
**Salary**: Up to MXN 210,000/month

**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in **Machine Learning**, from prototype to production
- Strong proficiency in **Python** and advanced data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills in English** (required)**




- Hands-on experience designing and deploying models with **AWS** or other cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of **LLM-driven workflows**, **retrieval pipelines**, and **vector databases**
- Strong data engineering skills and experience building data pipelines for AI workflows
- Based in **CDMX, Mexico**
