Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Negotiation Applicaction Engineer
- **What you’ll do**:
- **Job Summary**
- This position will be primarily responsible for quoting arc flash studies within the Negotiation Application Engineering team. The role focuses on accurately scoping and pricing engineering services based on customer requirements, ensuring consistency with commercial strategy and technical standards. It supports sales efficiency by streamlining the quotation process and maintaining alignment with internal tools and workflows.
- **Job Responsibilities**
- Power Systems Engineering Negotiation Application Engineer
- A. Utilize commercial and technical knowledge to assist with the preparation of quotation packages for simple to moderate complex projects, typically Arc Flash studies for PSE
B. Help drive on time response to quote in their respective district / office / region
C. Support on the closing of orders / projects
D. Support the maintenance of quotation/project database
E. Support district lead nurturing
F. Manage order handoff process between sales to ensure proper execution of services projects
G. Proactively facilitate timely solutions to customer issues by utilizing available resources or creating procedures for resolution
H. Take direction in establishing and maintaining the highest possible commercial relations with present and potential customers (internal and external)

Suppoort and utilize upcoming DTR transition for non-attached quotations

- **Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution preferred
- Three to four years of commercial experience
- Electrical assemblies knowledge a plus
- Two years of sales experience
- Advanced English proficiency
- Valid US visa- ** Skills**:
Sales and/or marketing experience
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills (Fully fluent in English
- Read/Write/Speak)
- Technical ability to understand customer specifications and bid documents (including electrical bills of material and one-lines) and provide custom proposals.
- Fully bilingual (ENG/SPA)
- Working knowledge of Eaton proprietary software (Bidmanager, Vista, Order Center, Salesforce) as a PLUS
- Experience or exposure to a manufacturing organization
