Manage multiple driver fleets to ensure high on-time delivery performance and fleet profitability
Develop a relationship with drivers to improve performance and encourage retention
Communicate customer needs to drivers through dispatch instruction
Ensure driver and other transportation safety procedures are followed
Maximize equipment utilization
Work closely with other departments
Ensure to work on timelly matter to meet cutoffs, appointments and requests by customer or dispatch coordinator.
English 80% (written and spoken).
Office 365 skills.
2+ year of previous experience in a related field required.
