**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients over the phone to identify their needs and determine how the firm can support them.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding immigration services and processes.
- Use sales techniques to encourage prospective clients to begin their legal process with the firm.
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent and culturally sensitive communication.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Offer solutions to address clients’ concerns or obstacles.
- Maintain accurate and timely communication across all customer interactions.
