**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with financial tracking, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
- Coordinating with escrow and ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded
- Preparing estimates and quotes for clients, and following up on payments
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and other financial documents as needed
- Providing support to our Accounting Manager in all duties related to financials for surrogacy and egg donation journeys.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least two years of accounting related experience
- Fluent in English & Spanish(both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work during U.S. Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
- Familiarity with Google Suite: Docs & Sheets
Experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
Pay: From $150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
