**Production Planning & Scheduling**:
- Assist in creating and maintaining accurate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Support the allocation of resources and materials based on production priorities.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and flag low stock levels to senior team members.
- Ensure updated inventory records and contribute to stock accuracy efforts.
- **Order Management**:
- Track customer orders and ensure production plans align with order deadlines.
- Communicate with production teams to meet customer requirements and urgent demands.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
Internship or some experience in supply chain, production planning, or a similar role in manufacturing. Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficiency in planning tools and software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems, or Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and supply chain best practices is preferred.
