This is a full-time **in-person position** at our Guadalajara office.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Help prepare and review financial reports and reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry activities.
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.
- Learn and assist in using accounting software (including Contpaq i).
- Communicate with team members and clients in English when needed.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field** (required).
- **1 year experience required** — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be **trainable**, a **fast learner**, and **willing to work hard**.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- **Good English communication skills** (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Pay: $22,000.00 per month
