**Training Coordinator**
We are seeking a Training and Organizational Development Specialist with a people-centered approach, capable of fostering cohesion among teams and internal clients. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating learning strategies aligned with the needs of the business unit.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement effective training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual courses and workshops as an instructor.
- Develop innovative and measurable learning strategies.
- Promote cohesion and collaboration between HR teams and operational areas.
- Conduct training needs assessments in manufacturing environments.
- Ensure compliance with legal training requirements (STPS)




- Integrate continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) into training programs.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in manufacturing and knowledge of its operations.
- Experience as a course instructor and workshop facilitator.
- In-depth knowledge of labor training regulations (STPS).
- Strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a human-centered mindset.
- Ability to foster environments of trust and collaboration.
