- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a mixologist in fine dining restaurants.
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, wines, mixology techniques, and current trends.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Impeccable appearance and professional attitude.
- Schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
