**Quality Analyst - Sales Validation / Audits (ON SITE POSITION)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor, review, and evaluate customer interactions with a strong focus on sales validation and compliance.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and client expectations.
- Identify performance gaps and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve agent results.
- Use evaluation forms and quality scorecards to objectively assess interactions.
- Analyze quality trends, sales behaviors, and performance metrics to recommend process improvements.
- Partner with leadership and operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute directly to increasing customer satisfaction, sales accuracy, and overall service quality.
**What We Offer**:
- Base salary:
$19,000 MXN per month (before taxes).
- Weekly payments, always on time.
- Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Weekends off.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, Sales Validator, or Quality Auditor.
- Experience validating sales and/or performing quality audits in a BPO or call center environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and work collaboratively with teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality, compliance, and performance improvement.
