**About the Role**
Green Attic Insulation is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Remote Production Coordinator** to support and coordinate production operations across teams in Mexico and the United States. This role is critical to keeping projects on schedule, ensuring clear communication between field and remote teams, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, manage, and coordinate production schedules across multiple projects.
- Serve as the primary communication link between on-site crews, supervisors, and the remote U.S.based team.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively address issues to keep timelines on track.
- Handle production-related administrative tasks, including reporting, documentation, and updates.
- Support operational efficiency by ensuring accurate information flow and follow-ups across teams.
**Required Qualifications**
- Full professional fluency in **English and Spanish** (written and verbal).
- General knowledge of the **construction or insulation industry**.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a workstation with **two monitors**.

- Experience using project management tools such as **Asana, Trello, ClickUp**, or similar platforms.
- Strong time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
