Responsibilities
Coordinate external and internal audits.
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients.
Implement first-pass yield (FPY) improvements.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare internal corrective and preventive action reports (CAR) and supplier corrective action reports (SCAR).
Qualifications
Minimum of +5 years of verifiable experience.
Bachelor’s degree in electronic, industrial, or related engineering.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Strong leadership and follow-through abilities.
Proficiency with IT tools.
Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.
Experience in PCBA assembly and lean manufacturing.
Six Sigma certification (preferred).
Open to all genders.
Must be available to work in Tecate.
