ITOM modules : Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping Deep understanding of
Service Now architecture , components, and modules Proficiency in Service Now scripting:




Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs Expert in
integration techniques
(REST, SOAP, JDBC) Ability to design and implement
