Direct message the job poster from NIR-YU Junior-Mid System Administrator The Role: We are seeking a System Administrator to support and develop our integral infrastructure, with expertise in Linux system administration, cloud technologies, networking, and incident management. Responsibilities: Maintain, administer, and enhance Linux and Unix-based physical and virtual infrastructure across 20+ international locations. Proactively monitor systems, analyze logs, and manage incidents to ensure maximum uptime, security, and performance. Deploy, troubleshoot, and sustain critical cloud and on-premises environments. Participate in infrastructure improvement projects and automation efforts. Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence. Assist support teams in resolving complex customer issues and establish clear escalation procedures. Document operational procedures and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in Linux/Unix system administration in production settings. Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (KVM preferred; VMware or similar is a plus). Practical experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).



Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routing). Experience with monitoring tools and log management solutions (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, etc.). Familiarity with incident and change management processes (ITIL-based). Experience with production database systems (Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, My SQL). Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Bonus Skills (advantageous): Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.). Knowledge of JIRA Service Management and Confluence.
