Job Summary: Lead and coordinate the Plant Cost Analysis team in Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco (hybrid role). Drive cost accuracy, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities
Manage plant cost analysis activities including product cost validation, cost forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis (POV, PPV, CCV). Develop, coach and mentor team members to cultivate technical expertise and career growth. Collaborate with Plant Cost Analysts, Supply Chain, Integrated Operations and other stakeholders to support informed decision‑making. Monitor KPI performance, deliver insights, and recommend actions to enhance plant performance and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, promoting process optimization, standardization and operational excellence. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and resolve operational challenges effectively. Support workforce planning, talent development and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to sustain capability building. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. +7 years of experience in finance, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, plant controlling or a related analytical function. Experience leading and developing teams (2–4 years of people‑management preferred). Strong knowledge of plant cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting,
product costing and financial performance management. Proficient with SAP and financial systems for reporting, cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Experience partnering with manufacturing operations, supply chain and cross‑functional stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Assertive communication, stakeholder management and influencing abilities. Adept at analyzing complex data, identifying trends, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a dynamic environment. How You Would Stand Out
Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement or Project Management Office (PMO) experience. Track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies. Proven leadership of teams of 15 or more employees in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting. Benefits
