We’re looking for a creative and hands‑on Social Media Specialist to drive growth across our social platforms in Mexico. This role combines strategy, content creation, and campaign execution.
What you’ll do:
Own and execute social media strategy (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.)
Plan and publish daily content (feed, stories, short‑form video)
Create content end‑to‑end: shooting, editing, basic design, and copywriting
Support and execute campaigns (influencers, events, pop‑ups, festivals)
Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize based on data
Identify trends and explore new platforms
What we’re looking for:
3+ years in social media / digital marketing / content roles
Strong understanding of the Mexico social media landscape
Experience managing campaigns (not just posting)
Data‑driven and organized, able to handle multiple projects
Strong collaboration skills (PR, KOL, Marketing teams)
