We are seeking motivated and technically skilled
ETL Developers
with a strong foundation in
coding and ETL (e.g., Informatica)
who are eager to expand their expertise by learning
Ab Initio. This is a great opportunity to build a career in data engineering with hands-on training and a clear path to full-time employment. Selected candidates will participate in a
6-week onsite training program
focused on Ab Initio. Those who score
70% or higher
on the final assessment will go through a
client interview , and successful candidates will be hired full-time with a competitive salary and benefits package, including an
additional 9,452 MXN joining bonus. Client Interview:
Required post-training Full-Time Salary:
MXN 20,000 – 30,000/month (depending on skills and experience) Joining Bonus:

Once in a week at Mexico City (CDMX) Eligibility Criteria
0–5 years of experience in software development or related IT roles Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, SQL, etc.) Experience with ETL tools such as
Informatica , Talend, or similar Interest in learning
Ab Initio
(prior experience is a plus) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Must be located in or able to commute daily to GDL or CDMX Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Prior hands-on experience with
Ab Initio Working knowledge of
data pipelines ,
data integration , or
data warehousing Basic exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with
