Job Objective Design and govern the backend architecture of distributed systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and efficiency in data and process management.
Your role Design distributed architectures (microservices, modular monoliths) Define backend development standards Select technologies (Java,. NET, Node.js, Python, etc.) Design APIs (REST, Graph QL, g RPC) Implement scalability strategies (horizontal/vertical) Define design patterns (DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing) Manage databases (SQL and No SQL) Design security mechanisms (authentication, authorization, encryption) Ensure monitoring, logging, and observability Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines
Your profile
7+ years in backend development, 2+ in architecture
Experience with high‑concurrency systems
Proficiency in backend languages (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, Go)
Experience with APIs and event‑driven systems (Kafka, Rabbit MQ)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with relational and No SQL databases
Knowledge of advanced design patterns
Nice to Have
Experience with Domain‑Driven Design
Knowledge of serverless architectures
Experience with mission‑critical or financial systems
Need to know
