Upload in the system route costs Appoint and schedule with shipper and receivers, update the system as needed. Monitor the account and be close with the operation manager to have changes for the best of the account. Track and trace Notify Shipper proactively before they ask. Have a knowledge of the geographic from Mexico, USA and Canada. Knowledge of Microsoft tools. Qualifications
Bilingual (Mandatory) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Outstanding interpersonal abilities 1+ years of experience in a related role. Strong communication and time management skills Self-organised Logistics Industry experience CRM experience (Bonus points)
