Prospect and find leads through cold calls, emails, and networking (targeting the United States market; pitches in English). Educate before the pitch; focus on empowering the customer rather than just selling. Collaborate with marketing on sales strategies. Research market trends and competitors to identify key targets and opportunities. Negotiate, close deals, and ensure every client feels valued. Manage CRM to track daily wins and customer interactions. Prospecting tools: for lead hunting; email marketing via Instanly.ai. Communicate the value of IT solutions and software development to prospects.



Maintain relationships with clients and stay updated on industry shifts to adapt sales strategies. Requirements
A minimum of 5 years in tech sales with a proven track record. Knowledge of tools such as Instanly.ai for email marketing and for lead hunting. Some college experience; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. Fluent English; all sales efforts will be conducted in English. Full-time commitment: M-F, 8am-5pm CST; remote work is permitted. Benefits
