Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of maintenance staff.
Develop the maintenance program for preventive and predictive maintenance.
Troubleshooting equipment failures and create an action plan.
Create and implement analysis to minimize breakdown and repairs.
Lead the execution of failure analysis using the company´s methods.
Train new maintenance employees and implement maintenance processes and procedures.
Create a work environment with safety and health.
Record and track daily / weekly equipment downtime.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electronics and/or automation is required.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
Ability to manage maintenance technicians.
Good problems solving skills and results oriented.
