We are looking for a **Workday Project Manager** who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.****Requirements (What We’re Looking For):***** Workday Project Management certification (Required)* Fluent in English (Required)* 2+ years’ experience project managing concurrent Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprise organizations with a Workday partner firm (Required)* Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification (Required)* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Power Point programs
(Required)* Experience using project management tools,



Smartsheet (Preferred)* Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred)* Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration * Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously* Strong communication skills, both written and oral* Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust* Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations ****Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):***** Manage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment* Work with Top Bloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered* Participate in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs* Ensure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of Work* Work with the clients project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames* Lead clients through hypercare and transition to Top Bloc’s Postproduction services team* Establish priorities, work independently,
