We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive French-speaking Operations Assistant to help manage the daily operations of our growing short-term rental portfolio. Manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties Communicate with guests in French and English across Airbnb, , VRBO, and other platforms Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and ongoing support Respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and concerns with professionalism and empathy Work closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure every property is guest-ready Monitor reservations, calendars, and pricing updates Assist with listing optimization and channel management Maintain accurate operational records and reports What We’re Looking For:




Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required Previous experience in short-term rentals, vacation rentals, or property management is highly preferred Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, , and VRBO Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Bonus Points If You Have:
