Position Responsibilities
Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world‑class technology.
Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat.
Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.
Become a product and solutions expert; we’ll equip you to answer product, pricing,



and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior customer service experience is a plus; we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers.
Bilingual (English/Spanish); fluent in both verbal and written forms.
