Responsibilities
The Opportunity The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment for Sales population. Your Impact As US Payroll Analyst your functions would consist of: Execute payroll services for Pepsi Co Sales.
Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements Capture information in payroll systems. Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations. Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs. Continue communication and support with local functional teams. Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field Experience Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable) Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, Power Point,
