About The Job You will join a team of IT professionals involved in the solution delivery and maintenance activities performed by the Network Operations of and for the AXA Group. The function will be integrated in the Operational Excellence – Network Operations Support Teams, working closely with local and global teams that cover management of systems, database and network, application maintenance and support, IPC process management, project management, Qo S and governance.
Main Activities Addressed By The Teams
IT Infrastructure support for AXA business and development teams.
Technical activities: production support and IT service delivery; support development and maintenance of AXA applications.
Your Role Will Require
Management, maintenance and monitoring of the regional network (WAF, load balancer, routers, firewalls, switches).
Collaboration with central teams for incident and problem resolution.
Documentation of network changes.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Expected Skills & Experience Technical Skills – Must Have
Minimum 5 years of significant experience in load balancing, WAF, routing, switching,
VPN and firewall technologies.
Experience with Cisco, F5, Check Point, Palo Alto and WEB Gateway Proxy.
Nice to Have
Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
Broad experience working with Algo Sec, Fortinet, Juniper and Aruba.
Strong knowledge of network and security technologies and protocols (including Qo S, Vo IP, Radius, GPON, IPv4, IPv6, NAT, DNS, DHCP, PPP, wireless, IPS/IDS, VLAN, IPSEC).
Design and implementation experience of highly complex network and security solutions, including data center solutions.
Support in incident handling and problem solving.
Experience operating large networks.
Technological certifications in networks and/or security are a plus (e.g., CCNA, CCNP).
