The Lead Category Manager, Tubing and Metal Fabisa key member of the Integral Strategic Sourcing team, responsible for the procurement of steel fabrication and steeltubing components. This role centers on strategic supplier management, contract negotiation, supplier development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sourcing excellence and value creation within the steelfaband steeltube categories. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage individual supplier relationships for steel fabrication and steeltubing, including negotiation activities.
Achieve year-over-year productivity and working capital goals specific to steelfaband steeltubecategories.
Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and IT to develop and implement sourcing strategies for steelfaband steeltube.
Conduct market analysis andparticipatein trade fairs toidentifyand evaluate potential steel suppliers.
Develop and execute global purchasing strategies for steel fabrication and steeltubing components.
Negotiate, implement, and manage supplier contracts and service level agreements for steelfaband steeltube.
Execute tenders, benchmarking,



and price/value analyses tooptimizesteel procurement outcomes.
Drive supplier development initiatives and implement supplier performance scorecards for steel suppliers.
Plan and execute complex procurement projects related to steel fabrication and steeltubing, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’sdegreerequired.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, including supplierselection, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
At least 3 years of experience in category or material field strategy, preferably in steel ormetalsprocurement.
Strong knowledge of procurement techniques, supplier integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstratedtrack recordof executing successful productivity projects.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a matrixed organizational environment.
