The logistics Analyst, Transportation Operations for the deployment of transportation operations and the assessment of both operational and financial performance of the proposed solutions. The selected candidate will report to the Regional Logistics Lead, Americas. In his/her position, the Logistics Analyst, Transportation Operations will collaborate with all functions of the enterprise to gather, blend and analyze an extensive amount of data and propose best-ways or improvements to the existing or planned flows of products in the Americas region for flows originating all regions of the globe.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Logistics or Foreign Trade
Minimum of 5 years of experience
English level advanced
Freight Bill and Audit
Ensure that the data originating the newly implemented freight bill and Audit program is always up to date, on par with data quality and accuracy expectations and processed/blended to ensure rapid analysis
In collaboration with the regional logistics leads and the regional finance teams, defines full sets of metrics and KPIs that support both financial and operational assessment of the Americas region logistics performance
Ensures 100% of the financial rules set to operate Americas Freight Bill Audit program is in compliance with the regional finance teams expectations and requirements




Support the implementation and deployment of transportation solutions
Manages all aspects of the data exchange between Versigent and the provider(s) of Freight Bill Audit services for the Americas region
Global Network
In collaboration with the Enabling Technologies team, establishes the baseline and maintain information regarding nodes in the logistics network; includes plants, offices, SILS, Consolidation Centers, DCs and Xdocks)
Supports sourcing events that involve network design and changes such as addition, transformation or phasing out nodes and/or physical flows
Proposes and present solutions, modifications and enhancement to the design of the Versigent’s network
Supports commercial and continuous improvement opportunities using data modeling and business intelligence applications
Using systems and applications, orchestrates the effort to extract/analyze data to assess the operational and financial performances of the Americas regions
Collaborates with site PC&L; and/or SC teams to gather and analyze operational needs that translate into optimal transportation solutions
Supports Versigent’s commercial teams with data preparation for planned or unplanned QBR/MBRs, cost analysis, Yo Y comparisons
TMS
From data extraction from TMS to data blending and analysis, suggest changes / improvements to the current and/or future TMS application
Real Time Visibility
From data extraction from Project44 to data blending and analysis, suggest changes / improvements to the current and/or future transportation operations
Assess logistics performance of the logistics providers




Blend performance data with extract from TMS to provide global and/or regional visibility on performance
Monitors and extends usage of real time track/trace application within the regions
Ensures through collaboration with Real Time Track/Trace provider that resources are always operating at peak performance
Monitors logistics service providers activity (shipment mades vs. shipment in real time track/trace application
Supports requirements/needs gathering for enhancement to the Real Time Track/Trace platform
Global Logistics Data Repository
From data extraction from FBA program data to blending and analysis, suggest changes / improvements to the current and/or future data repository
