the majority of time is spent on office-based activities. General Job Description:
Involves performing a variety of customer service and administrative In-House duties to support efficient clearance process; responds to a customer's needs regarding clearance paperwork, tracing of shipments, identification of problems, and resolution through available information or transfer to source; and requires direct and indirect customer interface. Ensures customer information is properly documented and entered into the system on a timely basis. Types or otherwise prepares various operations and customer's reports. Ensures all shipments are manifested, and if they are not, then reports them to the responsible area. Audits all records and files as assigned to compile all necessary data. Handles customers with non-document packages in cage. Provides current package status updates and basic follow-up activity, monitors shipment movement, and interprets COSMOS general scan updates. May be required to perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements:

Previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment. Minimum Required Skills:
