3 to 5 years of experience in the metalworking industry. Operation and maintenance of Swiss-type lathes and conventional CNC lathes. Advanced troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures. Intermediate to advanced English (bilingual), with the ability to hold technical conversations. Responsabilities Manage and ensure compliance with MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) metrics. Maximize production line uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Implement and audit maintenance best practices, including 5 S, Lean Maintenance, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Supervise, train, and coordinate shifts for the maintenance technicians under your leadership.
